We have the privilege of access to clients' personal financial information, and we are steadfast in our commitment to ensuring that information is kept private and secure.
Occasionally, when providing services to clients, we require information from external sources with which the client has a relationship. We restrict the collection and use of client information to that which is necessary to provide the service. We will not ask for information from external parties without first seeking permission from the client.
We restrict access to client information to employees of our company. Except as detailed below, we will not disclose client information to anyone outside our company unless a client allows us to do so.

As detailed above, occasionally, we may need to disclose client information to third parties that we use to complete a transaction or to service a client request. We only use companies that agree to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to safeguards and procedures as stringent as our own.
Employee access to client information is restricted to those with a justifiable reason to have such information. All employees understand that all information, without exception, is strictly confidential.
Cabanor International uses enhanced security standards and procedures to secure client information. An external company regularly assesses these procedures to ensure that the information technology protections we use meet or exceed expected standards. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, in the current fast-changing data security environment, we can offer no assurances that information is totally secure.
